Samet Üstündağ is an award winning İstanbul based art director, graphic designer, director, and illustrator. He has started his career on visual arts in high school and earned his bachelor’s degree on graphic design from Marmara University Graphic Design Department. He started his professional career as an intern art director at Lokal, where he also proceeded his career as an art director and eventually as a creative group head. Meantime he also established his own clothing brand United People, which focusses on the quality and designs that tell stories. He has been chosen as one the top 30 creatives under the age of 30 by Mediacat’s “30 Under 30 Top Creatives” list in 2019. He has also been awarded for his works with prestigious awards such as Crystal Apple and Felis. He had worked with many international and prestigious brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Balparmak, Türkiye Finans, Şişecam, Groupama, Mapfre Sigorta, LeasePlan, Gree Klima, Eğitim Reformu Girişimi, Türkiye Omurilik Felçlileri Derneği, Cochlear. After his six years of work experience at Lokal with different precedence, he decided to continue his career under his own advertisement agency “2050”.
